Section ๑๗๕

ถ้าการชำระบัญชีไม่อาจทำให้เสร็จได้ภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่นายทะเบียนรับจดทะเบียน เลิกบริษัท ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องเรียกประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นทุกรอบปีภายในสี่เดือนนับแต่วันครบรอบปี เพื่อเสนอรายงาน การชำระบัญชีที่ได้กระทำไปแล้วและที่จะกระทำต่อไปอีกพร้อมด้วยงบดุลและบัญชีกำไรขาดทุนให้ผู้ถือหุ้นทราบ
