[๓๘] เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองอาคารผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษ ปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละสองพันห้าร้อยบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืน
