[๓๙] ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นกำหนดไว้ใน ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๓วรรคสองหรือมาตรา ๔๑วรรคสามต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
