Section ๗๗

[๔๐] ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๔๑ วรรคสอง หรือฝ่าฝืนประกาศของเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นตาม มาตรา ๔๒(๑) ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท มาตรา ๗๘[๔๑] ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๓๖ หรือฝ่าฝืนประกาศของเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นตาม มาตรา ๔๒(๒) หรือข้อบัญญัติท้องถิ่นที่ออกตามมาตรา ๔๓ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
