Preamble

พระราชบัญญัติ หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ณวันที่ ๑๒มีนาคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ เป็นปีที่ ๔๗ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้า ฯให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรมีกฎหมายว่าด้วยหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอม ของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ทำหน้าที่รัฐสภาดังต่อไปนี้
