บรรดาสินค้าที่ได้นำเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรเพื่อจำหน่ายหรือมีไว้เพื่อ จำหน่ายอันเป็นการกระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น ไม่ว่ จะมีผู้ถูกลงโทษตาม คำพิพากษาหรือไม่
