Section ๑๑๔

ในกรณีที่ผู้กระทำความผิดเป็นนิติบุคคล ถ้าการกระทำความผิด ของนิติบุคคลนั้นเกิดจากการสั่งการ การกระทำหรือไม่สั่งการ หรือไม่กระทำการอัเป็นหน้าที่ที่ต้อง กระทำของกรรมการผู้จัดการ หรือบุคคลใดซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานของนิติบุคคลนั้น ผู้นั้นต้อง รับโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น ๆด้วย
