เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๓ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ลด และยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าและส่งออกใบกระท่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติพืชกระท่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงยุติธรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
