เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๑๔ ก หนา้ ๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๖ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตรำกำรจ่ำยเงินสะสมและเงินสมทบ พ.ศ. 2566 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๑ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๒ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติกองทุนกำรออมแห่งชำติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
