Preamble
พระราชบัญญัติ จราจรทางบก พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๑๘มกราคมพ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ เป็นปีที่ ๓๔ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรปรับปรุงกฎหมายว่าด้วยการจราจรทางบก จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้ โดยคำแนะนำและ ยินยอมของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
