Section ๑๐๐๕

ถ้าตั๋วเงินได้ทำขึ้นหรือได้โอนหรือสลักหลังไปแล้วในมูลหนี้ อันหนึ่งอันใด และสิทธิตามตั๋ วเงิ นั้ มาสูญสิ้นไปเพราะอายุ วามก็ดี หรือเพราะละเว้นไม่ ดำเนินการให้ต้องตามวิธีใดๆอันจะพึงต้องทำก็ดี ท่านว่าหนี้เดิมนั้นก็ยังคงมีอยู่ตามหลัก กฎหมายอันแพร่หลายทั่วไป เท่าที่ลูกหนี้มิได้ต้องเสียหายแต่การนั้น เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็น อย่างอื่น
