Section ๑๔๑๒

สิทธิเหนือพื้นดินนั้นจะก่อให้เกิดโดยมีกำหนดเวลาหรือตลอด ชีวิตเจ้าของที่ดิน หรือตลอดชีวิตผู้ทรงสิทธิเหนือพื้นดินนั้นก็ได้ ถ้ ก่อให้เกิดสิทธิพื้ ดิ โดยมีกำหนดเวลาไซร้ ท่ นให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๔๐๓วรรค๓มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
