คำเสนอทำแก่บุคคลผู้อยู่เฉพาะหน้า โดยมิได้บ่งระยะเวลาให้ทำ คำสนองนั้น เสนอณที่ใดเวลาใดก็ย่อมจะสนองรับได้แต่ ณที่นั้นเวลานั้น ความข้อนี้ท่านให้ใช้ ตลอดถึงการที่บุคคลคนหนึ่งทำคำเสนอไปยังบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ ทางโทรศัพท์ด้วย
