Section ๓๖๗

สัญญาใดคู่สัญญาได้ถือว่าเป็นอันได้ทำกันขึ้นแล้ว แต่แท้จริงยัง มิได้ตกลงกันในข้อหนึ่งข้อใดอันจะต้องทำความตกลงให้สำเร็จ ถ้าจะพึงอนุมานได้ว่า ถึงหากจะไม่ ทำความตกลงกัในข้อนี้ได้ สัญญานั้นก็จะได้ทำขึ้นไซร้ ท่านว่าข้อความส่วนที่ได้ตกลงกันแล้วก็ย่อมเป็นอันสมบูรณ์
