อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ต้องมีรายการดั่งกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ (๑)คำบอกชื่อว่าเป็นตั๋วแลกเงิน (๒)คำสั่งอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขให้จ่ายเงินเป็นจำนวนแน่นอน (๓)ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อผู้จ่าย - ๑๗๗ (๔)วันถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน - (๕)สถานที่ใช้เงิน (๖)ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อผู้รับเงิ หรือคำจดแจ้งว่ ให้ใช้เงินแก่ผู้ถือ (๗)วันและสถานที่ออกตั๋วเงิน (๘)ลายมือชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย
