Section ๑๑

ข้อ ๑๑ ในกรณีที่มีการยื่นคำร้องว่านายจ้างไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงนี้หรือมีข้อพิพาท ตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับแรงงาน หรือเมื่อมีการฟ้องร้องคดี ให้นายจ้างเก็บรักษาทะเบียนลูกจ้างและ เอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจ่ายค่าจ้างและค่าทำงานในวันหยุดไว้จนกว่าจะมีคำสั่งหรือคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุด เกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าว
