Section ๑๖

ข้อ ๑๖ ลูกจ้างมีสิทธิลาป่วยได้เท่าที่ป่วยจริง และให้นายจ้างจ่ายค่าจ้างให้แก่ลูกจ้างในวันลาป่วย เท่ากับค่าจ้างในวันทำงานตลอดระยะเวลาที่ลา แต่ปีหนึ่งต้องไม่เกินสามสิบวันทำงาน
