ข้อ ๑๑ ในการออกใบอนุญาต อธิบดีจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตต้องปฏิบัติไว้ ในใบอนุญาตด้วยก็ได้ โดยอย่างน้อยต้องกำหนดให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้าผลิตสุรา ที่เป็นไปตามคุณภาพและมาตรฐานตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
