ข้อ ๗ ผู้ใดประสงค์จะผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้า ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาต พร้อมทั้งเอกสาร หรือหลักฐานตามที่กำหนดในแบบคำขอต่ออธิบดี ผู้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่ง ต้องมีอายุไม่น้อยกว่ายี่สิบปี
