ข้อ ๑๗ ประกาศที่ออกตามกฎกระทรวงว่าด้วยการขอและการประกอบกิจการร้านวีดิทัศน์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๒ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้บังคับต่อไปเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัด หรือแย้งกับกฎกระทรวงนี้ จนกว่าจะมีประกาศที่ออกตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
