ข้อ ๖ การให้เช่าที่วัดหรือที่ธรณีสงฆ์เพื่อเป็นทางเข้าออกไม่ว่าจะมีกำหนดระยะเวลากี่ปี ก็ตาม จะกระทำได้ต่อเมื่อสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติเห็นชอบและได้รับอนุมัติจากมหาเถรสมาคม โดยให้วัดจัดทำเป็นสัญญาภาระจำยอม
