ข้อ ๘ ให้เจ้าอาวาสจัดให้ไวยาวัจกรหรือผู้จัดประโยชน์ของวัดซึ่งเจ้าอาวาสแต่งตั้งทำบัญชี รับจ่ายเงินของวัด และเมื่อสิ้นปีปฏิทินให้ทำบัญชีเงินรับจ่ายและคงเหลือ ทั้งนี้ ให้เจ้าอาวาสตรวจตราดูแล ให้เป็นไปโดยเรียบร้อยและถูกต้อง
