ให้ดำเนินการเพื่อให้มี กกม. และ กบส. ภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้มี การแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของคณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๗๘ ให้ดำเนินการแต่งตั้งเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์แห่งชาติ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่จัดตั้งสำนักงานแล้วเสร็จตามมาตรา ๘๐
