๕๕:๒Hath made known the Qur'an.

๕๕:๓He hath created man.

๕๕:๔He hath taught him utterance.

๕๕:๕The sun and the moon are made punctual.

๕๕:๖The stars and the trees prostrate.

๕๕:๗And the sky He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure,

๕๕:๘That ye exceed not the measure,

๕๕:๙But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof.

๕๕:๑๐And the earth hath He appointed for (His) creatures,

๕๕:๑๑Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm-trees,

๕๕:๑๒Husked grain and scented herb.

๕๕:๑๓Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๑๔He created man of clay like the potter's,

๕๕:๑๕And the jinn did He create of smokeless fire.

๕๕:๑๖Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๑๗Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests!

๕๕:๑๘Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๑๙He hath loosed the two seas. They meet.

๕๕:๒๐There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other).

๕๕:๒๑Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๒๒There cometh forth from both of them the pearl and coral-stone.

๕๕:๒๓Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๒๔His are the ships displayed upon the sea, like banners.

๕๕:๒๕Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๒๖Everyone that is thereon will pass away;

๕๕:๒๗There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory.

๕๕:๒๘Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๒๙All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power.

๕๕:๓๐Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๓๑We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn).

๕๕:๓๒Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๓๓O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction.

๕๕:๓๔Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๓๕There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape.

๕๕:๓๖Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๓๗And when the heaven splitteth asunder and becometh rosy like red hide-

๕๕:๓๘Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? -

๕๕:๓๙On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin.

๕๕:๔๐Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๔๑The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet.

๕๕:๔๒Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๔๓This is hell which the guilty deny.

๕๕:๔๔They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water.

๕๕:๔๕Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๔๖But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens.

๕๕:๔๗Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๔๘Of spreading branches.

๕๕:๔๙Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๕๐Wherein are two fountains flowing.

๕๕:๕๑Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๕๒Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs.

๕๕:๕๓Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๕๔Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand.

๕๕:๕๕Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๕๖Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinn will have touched before them.

๕๕:๕๗Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๕๘(In beauty) like the jacynth and the coral-stone.

๕๕:๕๙Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๖๐Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness?

๕๕:๖๑Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๖๒And beside them are two other gardens,

๕๕:๖๓Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๖๔Dark green with foliage.

๕๕:๖๕Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๖๖Wherein are two abundant springs.

๕๕:๖๗Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๖๘Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate.

๕๕:๖๙Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๗๐Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful companions-

๕๕:๗๑Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? -

๕๕:๗๒Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions -

๕๕:๗๓Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? -

๕๕:๗๔Whom neither man nor jinn will have touched before them -

๕๕:๗๕Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๗๖Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets.

๕๕:๗๗Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?

๕๕:๗๘Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious!
