ข้อ ๓๙๕ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ตปุสสคฤหบดีประกอบด้วยธรรม ๖ ประการเป็นผู้พึง ปลงใจเชื่อในพระตถาคต เห็นอมตธรรม ทำให้แจ้งอมตธรรมอยู่ ธรรม ๖ ประการเป็นไฉน คือ
ความเลื่อมใสอันไม่หวั่นไหวในพระพุทธเจ้า ๑ ความเลื่อมใสอันไม่หวั่นไหวในพระธรรม ๑ ความ เลื่อมใสอันไม่หวั่นไหวในพระสงฆ์ ๑อริยศีล ๑ อริยญาณ ๑ อริยวิมุติ ๑ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ตปุสสคฤหบดีประกอบด้วยธรรม ๖ ประการนี้แล เป็นผู้พึงปลงใจเชื่อในพระตถาคต เห็นอมตธรรม ทำให้แจ้งอมตธรรมอยู่ ฯ

“Chahi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannāgato tapusso gahapati tathāgate niṭṭhaṅgato amataddaso amataṁ sacchikatvā iriyati.
“Mendicants, having six qualities the householder Tapussa is certain about the Realized One, sees freedom from death and lives having realized freedom from death.
