    “Phuṭṭho ḍaṁsehi makasehi,

    Pestered by flies and mosquitoes

    araññasmiṁ brahāvane;

    in the wilds, the formidable forest,

    Nāgo saṅgāmasīseva,

    one should mindfully endure,
