เจ้าพนักงานพิทักษ์ทรัพย์ต้องกันเงินส่วนแบ่งรายที่มีเงื่อนไขหรือมีข้อ โต้แย้ง และค่าธรรมเนียมกับค่าใช้จ่ายอันอาจเกิดขึ้นไว้ตามสมควรแล้วแบ่งเงินที่เหลือให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ นอกนั้นไป
