Section ๑๓๐ ทวิ

ทวิ ในกรณีที่หนี้ตามมาตรา ๑๓๐(๗) รายใดมีการกำหนดโดย กฎหมายหรือสัญญาให้เจ้าหนี้มีสิทธิได้รับชำระหนี้ต่อเมื่อเจ้าหนี้อื่นได้รับชำระหนี้จนเต็มจำนวนแล้ว เจ้าหนี้ดังกล่าวนั้นยังคงมีสิทธิได้รับส่วนแบ่งทรัพย์สินตามสิทธิที่ตนมีอยู่ตามที่กำหนดไว้โดยกฎหมาย หรือสัญญานั้น
