สถาบันการเงินใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๐มาตรา ๒๑ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๒๒มาตรา ๓๘มาตรา ๔๐วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๔๑มาตรา ๔๔มาตรา ๔๗หรือ มาตรา ๘๔หรือฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามประกาศข้อกำหนดหรือหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๓๘ มาตรา ๓๙มาตรา ๔๐วรรคสองมาตรา ๔๑มาตรา ๔๖มาตรา ๔๗หรือมาตรา ๘๔ต้องระวาง โทษปรับไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท และปรับอี ไม่เกินวันละห้าพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่ ฝืนอยู่หรือจนกว่า จะได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง
