ทวิ ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๕๓ตรี หรือผู้รับใบอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัติ นี้ ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในใบอนุญาตหรือข้อกำหนดที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนดให้ปฏิบัติ เพิ่มเติมตามมาตรา ๕๘ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงห้าปี และปรับตั้งแต่ห้าพันบาทถึงห้า หมื่นบาท
