บรรดาไม้และของป่าอันได้มาหรือมีไว้เนื่องจากการกระทำความผิด ต่อพระราชบัญญัตินี้และสิ่งประดิษฐ์ เครื่องใช้ และสิ่งอื่นใด บรรดาที่ทำด้วยไม้หวงห้ามที่มีไว้ เนื่องจากการกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๕๓ตรี ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้น
