ทวิ บรรดาเครื่ องมือ เครื่องใช้ สัตว์พาหนะยานพาหนะหรือ เครื่องจักรกลใด ๆซึ่งบุคคลได้ใช้ในการกระทำความผิดหรือได้ใช้เป็นอุปกรณ์ให้ได้รับผลในการ กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๑๑มาตรา ๔๘มาตรา ๕๔หรือมาตรา ๖๙ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้นไม่ว่าจะมีผู้ ถูกลงโทษตามคำพิพากษาหรือไม่
