อัฏฐ ผู้ทรงอนุสิทธิบัตรมีสิทธิใช้คำว่า“อนุสิทธิบัตรไทย”หรืออักษรอสบท. หรืออักษรต่างประเทศที่มีความหมายเช่นเดียวกันให้ปรากฏที่ผลิตภัณฑ์ภาชนะบรรจุหรือหีบห่อ ของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือในการโฆษณาการประดิษฐ์ตามอนุสิทธิบัตร การใช้คำหรืออักษรตามวรรคหนึ่งต้องระบุหมายเลขอนุสิทธิบัตรไว้ด้วย
