สิทธิบัตรอนุสิทธิบัตรหรือใบอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิของผู้ใดสูญหายหรือชำรุด ในสาระสำคัญให้เจ้าของขอรับใบแทนสิทธิบัตรใบแทนอนุสิทธิบัตรหรือใบแทนใบอนุญาตให้ ใช้สิทธินั้นได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดโดยกฎกระทรวง
