ผู้ชำระบัญชีผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๑๓๐หรือมาตรา ๑๓๑ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือ หรือปรับไม่เกิ หนึ่งแสนบาท และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละ สามพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังมิได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้อง หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
