ในกรณีที่นายทะเบียนร้องขอต่อคณะกรรมการให้สั่งเพิ ถอนการจด ทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า เครื่องหมายบริการ เครื่องหมายรับรอง หรือเครื่องหมายร่วมหรือให้สั่ง เพิกถอนการจดทะเบียนสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องหมายการค้ หรือเครื่องหมายบริ ให้นาย ทะเบียนได้รับยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมที่จะต้องเสียตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
