Section ๑๑๘

ให้คณะกรรมการเครื่องหมายการค้าตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมาย การค้า พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๔ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่จนถึงวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ต่อไปจนกว่าจะได้มี ณะกรรมการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ แต่ทั้งนี้ต้องไม่เกินหกสิบวันับแต่วันที่ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
