หนังสือตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้น ให้ลงวันและลงลายมือชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นและ ให้มีรายการดั่งต่อไปนี้ คือ (๑)จำนวนหุ้นซึ่งผู้มอบฉันทะนั้นถืออยู่ (๒)ชื่อผู้รับฉันทะ

(๓) ตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้นเพื่อการประชุมครั้งคราวใด หรือตั้งไว้ชั่วระยะเวลา เพียงใด
