Section ๑๖๗๑

เมื่อบุคคลใดนอกจากผู้ทำพินัยกรรมเป็นผู้เขียนข้อความแห่ง พินัยกรรม บุคคลนั้นต้องลงลายมือชื่อของตนทั้งระบุว่าเป็นผู้เขียน ถ้าบุคคลนั้นเป็นพยานด้วย ให้เขียนข้อความระบุว่าตนเป็นพยานไว้ต่อท้าย ลายมือชื่อของตนเช่นเดียวกับพยานอื่นๆ
