Section ๓๑

ถ้าเหตุที่ทำให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถได้สิ้นสุดไปแล้วและเมื่อ บุคคลผู้นั้นเองหรือบุคคลใดๆดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา ๒๘ร้องขอต่อศาลก็ให้ศาลสั่งเพิกถอนคำสั่ง ที่ให้เป็นคนไร้ วามสามารถนั้น คำสั่งของศาลตามมาตรานี้ ให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
