ค่าใช้จ่ายใดอันควรแก่ารบำรุงรักษาทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากนั้น ผู้ฝาก จำต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ผู้รับฝาก เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้โดยสัญญาฝากทรัพย์ว่าผู้รับฝากจะต้องออก เงินค่าใช้จ่ายนั้นเอง
