ถ้ จำนำทรัพย์สินหลายสิ่งเพื่อประกันหนี้แต่รายหนึ่งรายเดียว ท่านว่าผู้รับจำนำจะเลือกเอาทรัพย์สินสิ่งหนึ่งสิ่งใดออกขายก็ได้ แต่จะขายจนเกินกว่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อ ใช้เงินตามสิทธิแห่งตนนั้นหาได้ไม่
