ถ้าผู้รับประกันภัยได้รู้ข้อความจริงดั่งกล่าวในมาตรา ๘๖๕นั้นก็ดี หรือรู้ว่าข้อแถลงความเป็นความเท็จก็ดี หรือควรจะได้รู้เช่นนั้นหากใช้ความระมัดระวังดั่งจะพึง คาดหมายได้แต่วิญญูชนก็ดี ท่านให้ฟังว่าสัญญานั้นเป็นอันสมบูรณ์
