บุคคลผู้ลงลายมือชื่อของตนในตั๋ วเงินย่อมจะต้องรับผิดตาม เนื้อความในตั๋วเงินนั้น ถ้าลงเพียงแต่เครื่องหมายอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด เช่น แกงไดหรือลายพิมพ์นิ้วมืออ้าง เอาเป็นลายมือชื่อในตั๋วเงินนั้นไซร้ แม้ถึงว่าจะมีพยานลงชื่อรับรองก็ตามท่ นว่าหาให้ผลเป็นลง ลายมือชื่อในตั๋วเงินนั้นไม่
