[๑๓๒] ในกรณีที่มีการชี้สองสถาน ให้ศาลกำหนดวันสืบพยานซึ่งมีระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า สิบวันนับแต่วันชี้สองสถาน ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการชี้สองสถาน ให้ศาลออกหมายกำหนดวันสืบพยานส่งให้แก่คู่ความทราบล่วงหน้า ไม่น้อยกว่าสิบวัน
