ถ้าในข้อตกลงมิได้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมอนุญาโตตุลาการไว้ อนุญาโตตุลาการชอบที่ จะเสนอความข้อนี้ต่อศาลโดยทำเป็นคำร้อง และให้ศาลมีอำนาจมีคำสั่งให้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่เห็นสมควร
