[๒๖๕] ในกรณีที่มีเหตุฉุกเฉินเมื่อโจทก์ยื่นคำขอตามมาตรา๒๕๔โจทก์จะยื่นคำร้องรวม ไปด้วยเพื่อให้ศาลมีคำสั่งหรือออกหมายตามที่ขอโดยไม่ชักช้าก็ได้ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำร้องเช่นว่ามานี้ วิธีพิจารณาและชี้ขาดคำขอนั้น ให้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๒๖๗มาตรา๒๖๘และมาตรา๒๖๙
