[๓๔๕] บรรดาเงินต่างๆที่ค้างจ่ายอยู่ในศาลหรือที่เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดี ถ้าผู้มีสิทธิมิได้ เรียกเอาภายในห้าปี ให้ตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน
