ผู้ใดได้มาซึ่งที่ดินในขณะที่มี กรณีเปลี่ยน ๗๔ สัญชาติไทยถ้าภายหลังผู้นั้นเปลี่ยนสัญชาติเป็นคนต่าง สัญชาติเป็น ด้าวให้คงมีสิทธิถือที่ดินได้เท่าที่คนต่างด้าวนั้นจะพึงมี ต่างด้าว นอกจากนั้นให้ทำการจำหน่ายและให้นำบทบัญญัติ มาตรา๙๔ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
