เพื่อความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจและการคลังของประเทศ อธิบดีมีอำนาจเปิดเผย ชื่อผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีส่วนเพิ่ม จำนวนภาษีส่วนเพิ่มที่ได้เสียไว้ และวันที่ที่ได้เสียภาษีส่วนเพิ่มนั้น แก่หน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด
